MBACP Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor

Sometimes life can be difficult and overwhelming. Most people like to talk but family and friends can sometimes feel too close, or colleagues may judge your performance. My approach is gentle, supportive and respectful and can lead to greater wholeness, as you work towards new perspectives. Talking things through in complete confidence can facilitate a place where you can experience the freedom to explore and understand yourself without judgement. Counselling for anxiety, bereavement or depression can be challenging work as you explore your feelings and deeply held beliefs but can lead to a place of growth and understanding.

When we need support, counsellors are trained to equip their clients with new levels of insight to enable them to take control and understand their lives better.  I work with clients from all types of backgrounds and across all age groups, empowering them to move forward by teaching them new skills that will stay with them and enhance their lifes.

Making Time to Support You

Sessions take place in a professional and confidential setting using interventions that provide for the individuals needs.  I help clients move forward by creating a safe space for them to explore life's areas that are not helpful.  Counselling  can help those seeking support after a recent event or equally guide individuals in their day to day life.
